Privacy Policy

The only place this website asks you to enter personal information is the contact form. It asks what we can help with, your name, phone number, email address, and an optional website. You decide what to include in the message.

If you opt in to analytics, the site keeps a first-party session record of the first Agency689 page you entered, the referring page your browser supplied, and any standard campaign parameters in the arrival link. That information stays in browser session storage and is sent to Agency689 only if you submit the inquiry form. It is used to understand which pages and sources lead to a conversation; it is not used to follow you across other websites.

You can also reach us directly at info@agency689.com. If you email us, we receive whatever you include in that message.

When you submit the project inquiry form, your browser sends the fields over an encrypted connection to /api/contact/, a serverless function hosted by Vercel. The function validates required fields, email, and phone formats; limits request and field sizes; rejects submissions from unapproved websites; and throttles repeated attempts. It also uses Vercel BotID, an invisible browser check, plus a hidden honeypot to identify automated submissions without asking visitors to solve a puzzle. Timing and message patterns may flag an inquiry for human review but do not, by themselves, prevent delivery.

The function formats the inquiry as an email and sends it through Resend to info@agency689.com. The current application does not write inquiry contents to a site database. Resend and the Agency689 email provider necessarily process the message and delivery metadata, and the Agency689 inbox stores the message in the ordinary course of business.

If delivery fails, the function may create a technical error log in Vercel. The application is designed not to place the inquiry’s name, phone number, email address, website, or message in those logs. Logs are available only to people with authorized access to the Agency689 hosting account.

We use what you send to understand the situation, respond to your inquiry, determine what kind of engagement makes sense, and continue the conversation if you want one. If we begin working together, the same information becomes part of the ordinary record of that relationship.

If you opt in to analytics, we use aggregated page and interaction measurements to understand which work, services, and calls to action help prospective clients. Form analytics includes form starts, validation outcomes, and delivery success or failure. It does not send the name, phone number, email address, website, or message to Google Analytics.

We process an inquiry to take steps at your request before a possible contract and for our legitimate interests in evaluating and responding to business inquiries. If we work together, processing may also be necessary to perform the agreement and meet legal obligations. Optional analytics is based on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent, trade, or share it for anyone else's marketing, and we do not add you to a newsletter or a marketing list because you sent an inquiry.

This website is hosted by Vercel, which processes the ordinary technical information a web service receives, including IP address, approximate location derived from IP, browser and device information, requested page, timing, security signals, and diagnostic data. Vercel BotID processes browser and request signals to help distinguish automated traffic from genuine visitors. The site also loads web fonts from Google Fonts and animation libraries from public content delivery networks; those providers receive the request information needed to serve those files.

Resend processes the inquiry’s email address, message contents, and delivery metadata to deliver the form submission. Google Workspace is Agency689’s mailbox provider and processes and stores the delivered email. Vercel, Resend, Google Workspace, and Google Analytics may process information in the United States and other jurisdictions under their applicable terms and data-protection arrangements.

If you consent, Google Analytics processes page and interaction data and sets first-party analytics cookies. It is not loaded before consent. Your analytics choice is stored locally so the site can remember it, and the Privacy Choices control lets you change that decision.

Where required for international transfers, Agency689 relies on the providers’ data-processing agreements and applicable transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and related regional addenda where they apply.

We use these providers to host the site, deliver inquiries, and run the resulting business conversation. Access inside Agency689 is limited to people who need it to review inquiries, maintain the website or email systems, or support a resulting client relationship.

Agency689 keeps inquiries in its email and business records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, follow up on a prospective engagement, document a client relationship, meet legal obligations, or resolve a dispute. When an inquiry is no longer useful for those purposes, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner, subject to records we must retain by law.

Provider copies follow provider settings and policies. Resend states that email and log data on its Free, Pro, and Scale plans is retained for 30 days, Enterprise retention can vary, backups are retained for 7 days, and remaining customer data is deleted within 90 days after account termination. Vercel retains service, security, and diagnostic information according to its plan configuration and legal terms. Google Workspace retains delivered messages according to Agency689’s account settings. These periods can change, so Agency689 reviews the live configuration and this policy together when the form or its providers change.

The site keeps your analytics choice in local storage until you change it or clear browser storage. If you consent, Google Analytics cookies and collected events follow the retention configured for Agency689’s analytics property and Google’s applicable terms. You can withdraw consent at any time through Privacy Choices; doing so stops further analytics and removes the site’s accessible Google Analytics cookies from that browser.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our processing of your personal information, and to receive certain information in a portable format. You may withdraw analytics consent at any time and may complain to your local data-protection authority. Write to info@agency689.com to make a request. We may need to verify your identity, and some rights are subject to legal exceptions. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.

Because we do not sell personal information, there is nothing to opt out of in that respect.

You can accept or decline analytics when the privacy choices control first appears. Select Privacy Choices at the bottom of any page to review or change that choice later. Declining analytics does not affect access to any page or the contact form.
